You can check the status of your return or refund at any time by visiting our returns portal. You'll see real-time updates on every stage:
- When we've received your package
- When our Quality Assurance team has inspected it
- When your refund or exchange has been processed
How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. It may take a few extra days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
What if I chose an exchange? You can track your exchange status through the returns portal too. If you selected Instant Exchange, your new product ships right away without waiting for your original item to arrive back with us—keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation.
