Subscription Management
After you receive your first shipment, our default option is for subscriptions to renew every 27 days to account for shipping times. That said, you can change the frequency to however often you'd like.
- Log into your account at birdandbe.com
- Choose Manage Subscriptions
- Choose "Manage this subscription" under the product you'd like to edit
- Scroll to the section where you can edit how many days
- Choose the day interval you want and press Save Changes
Keep shipping times in mind when picking a new interval—we don't want you to run out.
